Job TitleThis is a FT Medical-Surgical RN position. The RN will also have the opportunity to cross-train in the critical care unit. Our nurses are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting one another in a collaborative, team-focused environment. This unit offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while expanding critical care and medical-surgical nursing skills.The 4NW Medicine Unit includes 16 beds: 8 MICU beds and 8 Med Surg beds, caring for patients with diagnoses which including sepsis/septic shock, acute respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest, liver failure, and GI bleeds. Our team is supported by a Clinical Nurse Specialist focused on nursing excellence, quality improvement, and professional development.
