Job Type Comission Based Salary $120k/year - 150k/year Location Monroe, NY A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the organization’s accounting operations and financial reporting. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights that support business growth and operational success. The Finance & Accounting Manager will supervise the accounting team while overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting support, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is an analytical leader with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of financial controls and accounting best practices.
