Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to established dietary guidelines
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal assembly
• Stock supplies and maintain an organized kitchen and dining area
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment and work areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, state, and federal regulations
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide an excellent dining experience for residents
