Black Farmer Fund is seeking an Impact Lending and Relationship Associate to steward and grow our debt portfolio, blending rigorous credit underwriting with hands-on engagement with investees. You will help structure loans and integrated capital tools that support Black farmers and food system entrepreneurs.
