We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Receptionist in Roseville. Looking for a polished, warm, friendly and inviting team player to manage the front desk and assist with a variety of administrative tasks of a busy office.
Responsibilities:- Greet clients and answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain files with extreme attention to detail
- Monitor mailbox and respond in prompt and courteous manner
- Order office supplies upon approval
- Maintain a presentable and neat work environment
- Delivers mail to main office
- Data entry of information in company database
- Runs various reports and distributes to appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- High level customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, and Outlook
- Professional and ethical
- Ability to take ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task
- Recent professional experience in the retail industry
The work schedule is Wednesday - Sunday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Overtime when needed.
