Locum CRNA Opportunity Northern Minnesota | Hospital | No Call Required

Palm Health is actively recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a long-term locum assignment at a modern regional hospital located in a scenic port city on the edge of Lake Superior. This large, full-service hospital serves as a regional medical hub for northern Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin, and offers a supportive, team-oriented environment in a supervised anesthesia model.

This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking steady weekday shifts, diverse cases, and work in a beautiful outdoor destination community.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Duration: Ongoing (long-term need)
• Schedule: Weekday clinical shifts no call required (optional if desired)
• Setting: Inpatient only
• Model: Care team/supervised 1:1 support with anesthesiologists
• OR Volume: 15 ORs + 4 endo suites and specialty procedure areas
• Cases: General, OB (including epidurals), orthopedics, GI, neuro, vascular, and some pediatrics (ENT, outpatient)
• Volume: 45 patients per shift
• EMR: Epic
• Facility Level: Level II Trauma Center
• Credentialing: Approx. 90 days

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on coverage & commitment
• 1099 structure
