This unique role combines the clinical expertise of a nurse with the strategic and administrative skills of a supervisor. Benefits Schedule (8am -5pm sometimes 10am to 7pm) Established Organization Job Details Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. Oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and organizational regulations. Monitor and track performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular clinic inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with the finance and accounting team to manage the budget, resources, and financial performance of the nursing department. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve the quality of care. Provide consultation and guidance on complex nursing and health center issues, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements and solve problems. Ensure the nursing team receives the necessary training and development opportunities to maintain their skills and meet their career goals. Act as a liaison between the nursing team, management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a health center setting. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, documentation, and clinic inspections. Experience in tracking and improving performance indicators. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and resource management. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in using healthcare and office software systems.
