Head of Product Design

Leading the product design team in a full-time remote capacity, the Head of Product Design will own the end-to-end member experience across web and mobile, set the design vision and strategy, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a cross-disciplinary design team, promoting a strong feedback culture and career development Set the design vision and align it with company strategy, championing member-centric thinking across the organization Own the quality bar for the member experience and establish systems that facilitate efficient design processes and integration of AI tools Required qualifications 12+ years in product design, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing design teams Experience managing cross-functional teams in product design, research, and content/writing Proven track record of partnering with marketing and brand to create cohesive user experiences Deep knowledge of design systems, including building and scaling them to enhance quality and velocity Strong operational skills with a focus on team dynamics and maintaining high standards in design practices
