This field-based role involves meeting directly with homeowners, performing roof inspections, and providing solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative Qualifications Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment Work Environment Primarily involves working sales appointments in the local market Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
