Summers Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling of Columbus, IN is hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) earn a competitive wage of $29,000-$34,500/year plus commission, and enjoy a typical full-time schedule working 8am-5pm . We recognize that our CSRs are the face of our company, so we are happy to provide a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a company-matched 401(k) plan! Our company is fully bonded, licensed, and insured with 15 locations covering most of Indiana, the most recent being in Dayton, OH. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)

As a full-time Customer Service Rep, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer care to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us! Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You clearly explain our HVAC and plumbing products to new and existing clients ensuring that they are well taken care of and feel comfortable in their product solutions. In an effort to keep our records up to date, you document every customer interaction. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!

QUALIFICATIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Can pass a background check and drug screening
