A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR (CUSTOMER SERVICE REP)

As one of our best Customer Service Reps, you arrive each day determined to serve the needs of our customers and staff. Without our customer relations, we wouldn't be able to keep our clients informed, educated, and smiling. You quickly build and maintain relationships and effectively demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

A strong flow of communication helps keep our office running smoothly. Your exceptional communication skills help you clearly explain our HVAC and plumbing products to new and existing clients. In an effort to keep our records up to date, you document every customer interaction. With an understanding of our company's core values and services, you happily fit right in!

• Customer service experience
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Great written and verbal communications skills
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

WORK SCHEDULE
