Job Description

DIE CUTTER

Halpin Staffing is seeking a reliable Die Cutter for a great opportunity. This position operates and maintains die-cutting equipment while ensuring production meets quality and food safety standards.

What You’ll Do

Operate and maintain die-cutting equipment with minimal supervision
Set up machines, load/unload rolls, and adjust die-cut registration
Perform in-process quality inspections and follow work instructions
Complete production paperwork, skid tags, material returns, and scan labor/downtime
Maintain a clean and safe work area while following food safety and quality procedures

What You Bring

High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Ability to read and understand basic English instructions
Basic math skills and ability to accurately complete production paperwork
Reliable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
Perform repetitive hand movements, reaching, bending, and stooping
Push and pull pallets or carts weighing up to approximately 200 lbs. using appropriate equipment
Lift and carry boxes, rolls, tubes, and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
Perform kneeling, crouching, and other physical activities required in a manufacturing environment
