OR RN Circulator - Full Time Days

Role Overview The OR RN Circulator is a vital member of the surgical team, responsible for ensuring a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment. They coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgery, act as a liaison among medical staff, and manage surgical instruments and supplies. Effective communication with patients, families, and team members is essential to facilitate smooth procedures and provide updates. Key Responsibilities Prepare the operating room with sterile equipment and supplies. Assist in patient positioning and support surgical team members during procedures. Monitor vital signs and respond to patient condition changes intraoperatively. Document relevant information in medical records and ensure safety protocols are followed. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license and associates degree in Nursing. At least 2 years of OR experience and BLS certification. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills for teamwork and patient interaction.
