We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist   to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources that include recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions.
• Maintain job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage backgrounds/ candidate offers.
• Conduct new hire orientation, including paperwork, safety/system access setup. 
• Drive engagement initiatives: recognition programs, town halls, surveys, social events, etc. 
• Distribute HR communications: event updates, newsletters, intranet postings, etc.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records.
• Provide backup support for benefits inquiries and payroll coordination during open enrollment or absences.
• Serve as contact for employee relations: coaching, investigations, grievances, discipline. 
• Ensure adherence to federal/state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO), OSHA, and safety regulations.
• Manage leave administration, workers’ comp coordination, incident investigations, and audits. 
• Partner with the HR Director as needed for special assignments, requests, etc...

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or HR demonstrated HR experience in lieu of a degree
• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual
