Title
Registered Nurse - Postpartum Care

Requirements
- State license required: California
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Experience with postpartum care preferred
- Exposure to high-risk OB and C-section circulation helpful

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to postpartum patients.
- Monitor patients for any complications or changes in condition.
- Circulate during cesarean sections as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver effective patient care.
- Educate patients and families about postpartum recovery and newborn care.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Compliance / Notes
- Must provide SSN, DOB, and 2 references during onboarding.
- Must commit to working 3 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
- Orientation and pre-start modules required, approximately 16 hours (over 20 hours needs prior approval).
- Must float as required within the scope of practice.
