Sales Representative- Mid-Market

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. Responsibilities Sell human resources technology to companies with 50–999 employees, cultivating new business opportunities and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives. Manage complete sales cycles, presenting ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives and accurately forecasting the sales pipeline. Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Document and manage multiple sales cycles, following the process through implementation until new business is up and running. Required Qualifications Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold‑call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly on paper, in person, and over the phone. Confidently fearless—embraces opportunities, takes risks, and challenges the status quo. Entrepreneurial spirit—natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly. Trusted advisor—builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises every time. A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes: Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience. Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Military experience—recognizing the unique talents and experiences veterans bring to the table.
