We're hiring a Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair commercial properties throughout a local service territory. If you have experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general building maintenance and enjoy working independently while providing outstanding customer service, this is the career for you.

Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • 25 years of commercial facilities, building maintenance, or skilled trades experience.
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred (or required where applicable).
  • Ability to use mobile technology to complete work orders and service documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to lift to 75 lbs.

Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues while ensuring safe operations.
  • Complete work orders, inspections, service reports, and documentation using a company-issued tablet or smartphone.
  • Travel locally between customer sites in a company-provided vehicle while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain OSHA compliance, follow company safety procedures, and support emergency and preventive maintenance needs.
