Commercial Escrow Assistant (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions, including preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow‑up. Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process, adapting communication style as needed. Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings. Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicate with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of escrow‑related experience preferred. Exceptional at prioritizing time and workloads to meet established deadlines. Passionate about helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers; uses various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationships. Problem‑solving skills with strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn. Thrives in contributing to a team that delivers beyond customer expectations. Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies. Pay Range $20.31 - $27.09 hourly. This range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for the position at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and business needs.
