Overview We have an exciting opportunity with a company currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at its upcoming high-speed, fully automated center in Illinois. You have at least 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the automated manufacturing industry and are looking to join a globally renowned company to launch a fully automated, state-of-the-art facility from the ground up. The facility will feature the latest technology in automation and systems integration. Comprehensive training will be provided at existing centers in Canada before site launch, with support from a team of experts and competitive benefits. Define, communicate, and align team objectives across both on-site and support teams. Provide strategic direction by identifying operational challenges and implementing data-driven solutions to increase productivity and sustainability. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and foster a safety-first culture aimed at achieving zero incidents. Conduct and lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to proactively enhance workplace safety. Be a team builder, coach, and mentor, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance. Maintain clear and consistent communication across all departments and organizational levels.
