Job Description

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience and knowledge of steel forming/manufacturing equipment and processes.
Effective communication - written and verbal. Effective trainer, leader, and motivator.
A degree in Industrial Management, Engineering or other production operations-related field helpful.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

Provide leadership, training, motivation, and supervision to the plant in order to meet or exceed production, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Maintain the production schedule.
Production forecasting, tracking and reporting.
Communicate issues with scheduling, raw materials, and production issues to corporate planners, Sales, and Leadership to achieve resolution.
Resolution of production issues related to tooling, materials, and maintenance.
Assist with implementation of capital projects.
Participate in project teams to improve safety and productivity.
