Mechanical Design Engineering Intern

Internship OpportunityIn this role, your responsibilities will be:Use analytical skills, reasoning, and engineering judgment to develop new and innovative products and technologiesDesign components including injection molded plastics, die and investment castings, stampings, machined parts, etc.Collaborate with global, cross-functional project teams to ensure new designs meet internal requirements and industry standardsSupport prototype construction, laboratory testing, and agency testing during the product design cycleApply sound engineering practices to solve quality issuesProvide continuation engineering support for existing productsInteract with software, electrical, manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, sales, and customers on technical mattersIdentify and implement product and process cost reductions and improvementsWho you are:You identify and seize new opportunities.
