Position Summary:
The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to high cleanliness standards while providing friendly and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items promptly.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets with necessary linens and cleaning products.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and assist with special needs when appropriate.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.
• Work effectively with team members and other hotel departments to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds or more as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
