Solution Architect
8+ years of overall experience as a Solution Architect or Lead
3+ years of experience implementing Cloud Contact Center Solutions, SIP, IVR, Chat or SMS.
Experience with broad set of Azure / GCP cloud services
Experience in enterprise standards, cloud technologies, and platform integrations.
Experience working independently in a fast paced sometimes unstructured environment.
Experience in working on an agile scrum team
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, IVR Telephony is a plus.
Required Skills: 3+ years of experience implementing Cloud Contact Center Solutions, SIP, IVR, Chat or SMS. Experience working in a multi-cloud environment. Strong cross-functional communication.
Basic Qualification: 8+ years as a solutions architect
Additional Skills: 8+ years as a solutions architect
Background Check: Yes
Notes: Must be comfortable working PST.
