About the Opportunity Our client is an established global professional services organisation seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to drive strategic growth across key Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounts. This is a highly client-facing role requiring a commercially driven professional with a proven track record of developing executive relationships, growing enterprise accounts and delivering technology-enabled business solutions. Working closely with consulting, technical and delivery teams, you will identify growth opportunities, develop strategic client relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account growth strategies across assigned Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic business partner. Own account growth, revenue generation, profitability and overall client satisfaction. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business priorities, challenges and long-term strategic objectives to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with consulting, technical and delivery teams to develop tailored business solutions that address client needs. Lead business development activities, including solution presentations, workshops and proposal development. Drive consultative sales engagements by understanding client challenges and positioning appropriate business and technology solutions. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to support business development initiatives. Represent the organisation professionally across client engagements and contribute to long-term strategic partnerships. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will possess: Minimum 15 years' experience in enterprise consulting, AI & analytics, data engineering, digital transformation, technology services or related professional services. Demonstrated success in managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts. Strong experience in consultative selling, account management and business development. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial objectives. Experience supporting clients within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail sectors. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand complex business challenges and develop practical client solutions. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills. Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Preferred Industry Background Experience gained within consulting, AI & analytics, technology or professional services organisations serving enterprise clients across Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail or adjacent sectors would be highly advantageous.
