Trauma Sales Representative - El Paso, TX
Stryker
Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative in El Paso to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. The role demands on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with 40% travel and field-based work supporting emergency and operating room cases.
Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Develop expertise in trauma products and competitive offerings
- Manage and maintain product inventory for rapid deployment
- Provide product training and clinical guidance during emergency consultations
- Participate in sales meetings and professional events outside regular hours
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- 1-3 years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with office technologies
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff
Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
