Quality Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance across enterprise applications.


Rate Range: $40/hour to $42/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Quality Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber to validate application functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive automated test cases.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis to improve software quality.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and adequate test coverage across applications and releases.
• Enhance and support the existing test automation framework by implementing best practices, reusable components, and process improvements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing automation status updates, identifying blockers, and contributing to continuous testing and delivery initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation with a strong focus on Selenium-based automation frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber, including developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, defect resolution, and continuous improvement of automation processes.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour
