What You'll Do

• Start conversations with business owners and IT decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Learn what's frustrating them about their current IT and identify where Century can help
• Book qualified meetings for our Business Development team and hand them off with clear notes
• Follow up with interested prospects and keep the conversation moving
• Track your activity and pipeline in our CRM
• Share what you're hearing from the market in weekly sales meetings

What Success Looks Like

• First 30 days: Learn our services, our ideal client, and our outreach playbook through hands-on training
• By 90 days: Consistently book 20 qualified meetings per month
• Long term: Grow into an Account Executive or Business Development role. We'd rather promote from within than hire from outside.

What You'll Earn

• Base salary of $40,000 – $50,000
• Uncapped commission on qualified meetings and closed deals
• On-target earnings of $70,000 – $90,000

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of outbound phone experience (B2B sales or appointment setting preferred; we'll also consider strong performers from retail, hospitality, recruiting, or customer service)
• A track record of hitting or beating targets
• A confident, friendly phone presence and the resilience to hear "no" and keep going
• Clear, professional writing skills
• Strong organization and self-motivation
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Bonus points for an interest in technology. You don't need to be technical, since we'll teach you what you need to know.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Tyrone, GA office, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm . Working alongside the sales team means faster learning and real-time coaching.
