Immediate job opening for an Aircraft Component Maintenance Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer requests via phone and email
• Processing sales orders
• Quoting customers on parts availability and price via phone and email
• Managing customer returns
• Managing customer complaints and warranties
• Building relationships with customers and vendors
• Communicate with customers about job progress

Job Qualifications:

• One year mechanical experience required
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Must read, write, speak & understand English
