Parts Counter AssociateRiverton Acura is looking for a Parts Counter Associate to join our fixed operations team. This role is all about people: greeting guests with a smile, helping them find exactly what they need, and making every interaction at the counter reflect the premium experience Acura owners expect. You'll also support our wholesale accounts, so a customer-first mindset that carries over to business partners is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Greet and assist walk-in retail guests and internal technicians at the parts counter, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient serviceLook up parts by VIN and part number, and source parts through Acura/American Honda parts systems and outside vendors when neededBring that same customer-first approach to our wholesale accounts by processing orders, quoting pricing, and ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers to earn repeat businessPull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or pickupMaintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and cycle countsCollaborate closely with the service department, technicians, and fellow parts team members to keep operations running smoothlyFollow up on back orders, special orders, and returnsExcellent customer service skills: friendly, responsive, and detail-orientedA strong, positive team player who communicates well and pitches in wherever neededOpen to candidates at any experience level; prior dealership parts counter or wholesale experience is a plusExperience with Acura/Honda parts systems or Dealertrack is a plusComfortable using computer systems for parts lookup, ordering, and inventoryAbility to multitask in a fast-paced counter environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule including rotating SaturdaysValid driver's license with a clean driving recordFull-time position with rotating Saturday shifts.A career, not a job.
