Troubleshoot simple electrical and mechanical systems. Complete preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate service and maintenance reports. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain professional standards while working in secure, high-visibility facilities. Qualifications: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional attitude and dependable work ethic. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
