As we continue expanding our performance marketing and e-commerce capabilities, we're looking for a results-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Manager who can connect marketing strategy with measurable business outcomes.

About the Role\n

We're looking for someone who understands that successful marketing doesn't end when someone clicks an advertisement.

\n

The ideal candidate is a hands-on paid media expert with a broader understanding of the customer journey, from acquisition and conversion to retention and repeat purchases.

\n

You'll lead performance marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts, develop scalable acquisition strategies, optimize advertising investments, and collaborate with our creative and account management teams.

\n

This is not simply a campaign management position. We're looking for someone who can evaluate the entire marketing funnel, identify growth opportunities, and take ownership of performance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Paid Media & Customer Acquisition

\n

\n
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
\n
• Execute paid search, paid social, remarketing, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns where appropriate.
\n
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
\n
• Optimize for measurable outcomes, including qualified leads, conversions, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
\n
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns profitably.
\n

\n

E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization

\n

\n
• Develop customer acquisition strategies for e-commerce and DTC brands.
\n
• Understand Shopify, product feeds, Google Merchant Center, and e-commerce conversion tracking.
\n
• Analyze landing pages, checkout funnels, and customer purchasing behavior.
\n
• Recommend and coordinate A/B tests to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
\n

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

\n

\n
• Understand CRM systems and lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
\n
• Develop or support email and SMS marketing strategies, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, re-engagement, and customer retention.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value through segmentation and automation.
\n
• Collaborate with specialists where more advanced technical implementation is required.
\n

Analytics & Performance Reporting

\n

\n
• Work confidently with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
\n
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
\n
• Provide clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations.
\n
• Understand attribution, first-party data, and marketing measurement limitations.
\n

Integrated Growth Strategy

\n

\n
• Understand how paid media, organic search, SEO, CRM, content, and conversion optimization contribute to overall business growth.
\n
• Collaborate with internal creative, SEO, and account management teams to execute integrated campaigns.
\n
• Provide strategic direction on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and customer acquisition funnels.
\n
• Stay current with advertising platform developments, automation, and emerging growth opportunities.
\n

Qualifications\n

Required

\n

\n
• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing or growth marketing experience.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
\n
• Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing for business outcomes.
\n
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
\n
• Experience with campaign testing, funnel optimization, and creative performance analysis.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and communicate performance insights clearly.
\n
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and independent problem-solving skills.
\n

• Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
\n
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and product feed management.
\n
• Hands-on experience with CRM and email lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

• Experience developing retention, remarketing, and customer lifecycle strategies.

• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
