You'll lead by example, coach and develop team members, and help create a culture of service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Front Desk colleagues during daily operations.Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service standards.Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.Monitor cash handling procedures, shift audits, and operational controls.Assist with shift coverage and maintain efficient front office operations.Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations.Partner with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.Qualifications1-2 years of Front Desk experience preferredFlexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with property management systems and basic office softwareA passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesIf you believe you have the J Quality please click through to apply.All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
