Compensation Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. Responsibilities Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Report all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager. Provide a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Supervise employees. Train new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company. Complete and delegate shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations. Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties. Assist and direct store employees on the importance of effectively managing food safely. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of food safety. Additional food safety training will be provided by the company. Possess exceptional customer service skills. Interact well with coworkers. Possess good organizational skills.
