Our Team As a Customer Success Representative (CSR) at NOVUS, you will join a dedicated team and collaborate closely with our Account Managers to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer. Key Attributes Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering on promises Familiar with athletics; an athletic background and love of sports is a plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Relationship-focused with a warm, engaging demeanor Confident in problem-solving and saying no when necessary Excited to be part of a growing organization with room to advance Primary Responsibilities Customer Service Answer phone inquiries regarding new questions and relay information to appropriate NOVUS channels (sales, operations, etc.) Correspond with customers via email, follow up on inquiries, resolve service requests/issues, and schedule order pickups Problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions under pressure Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products Relay all order issues to the Operations Manager promptly Account Management Support Provide direct support to the Outside and Inside Sales Teams Build Team Stores to assist account managers and sales representatives Sort Team Stores and place Purchase Orders (POs) Print and file invoices for retail, online stores, and bulk orders Marketing Support Support growth initiatives through event coordination and collaboration with the marketing team Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with website projects to enhance user experience Help the sales prospecting side of the marketing team by identifying target markets and engaging current and prospective followers on social media platforms via community management Create store graphics and other promotional materials for team or corporate stores Skills for Success Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks Ability to utilize CRM software, SquareSpace, Printavo, and Monday.com Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships Opportunities for Growth At NOVUS, we don’t just offer a job; we offer a path to advancement.
