Data Entry Specialist
Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support data processing, client transactions, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced finance company.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience working in EXCEL for data entry and processing or a young professional looking to start their career in data analysis.
What You'll Do
- Process client information, forms, and data accurately and within established service levels. Reviewing data and processes while ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with internal departments to obtain required information and resolve processing issues
- Maintain accurate distribution logs, records, and CRM documentation
- Generate and review reports in EXCEL related to client activity and investments.
- Verify and update client demographic information as needed, staying current on state and federal regulations.
- Participate in training programs and assist with testing during system upgrades and enhancements
- Support operational excellence through accurate recordkeeping and process compliance
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree or experience working in data entry and processing Strong communication skills Organizational skills EXCEL reporting
