Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual counseling services to clients, focusing on individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system while adhering to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary to coordinate care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Participate in staff meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and advice based on client interactions.

• Adapt therapy strategies to address the unique needs of a diverse clientele, focusing on improving client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with adult clients, including those from diverse backgrounds and various minority groups. A particular emphasis is placed on serving the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health issues, though experience in these areas is preferred rather than mandatory. The focus will be on enhancing the mental health and wellness of clients through professional, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active LCSW license in the State of Nevada.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $85,000 and $104,000 annually based on experience and credentials. We also provide a sign-on bonus to attract top talent.
