Job Title: HR Assistant - Special Digitization Project (Temporary)

Location: Palm Beach County, FL (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time Temporary | Mon-Thu: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Fri: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (36.5 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour

Assignment Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience in ADP Workforce Now ? PrideStaff has partnered with a highly respected, impactful non-profit organization in Palm Beach County to lead a vital HR Records Digitization Project .

We are seeking a focused, organized, and confidential HR Assistant for a 3 to 6-month onsite project . In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing employee personnel and medical record systems, ensuring complete data integrity, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital File Integration: Scan physical documents and upload both newly scanned and existing digital files into ADP Workforce Now .
Audit & Organization: Audit personnel files against a master audit checklist to ensure required documents (I-9s, W-4s, background check records, medical forms, etc.) are accurately categorized and logged.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality: Maintain strict privacy standards for highly sensitive personnel data and confidential medical records.
Project Tracking: Use Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to track project milestones, document completion, and communicate progress.

What We Are Looking For:

Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating and managing files in ADP Workforce Now is required.
HR Document Knowledge: Solid understanding of standard employee file contents, including tax forms, I-9 compliance, background check documentation, and medical records.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), MS Teams, SharePoint, and standard office scanning technology.
Detail-Oriented & Dependable: Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication.
Background Check: Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check prior to assignment start.

Schedule & Work Environment:

Onsite Setting: Comfortable, business-casual office setting in Palm Beach County.
Weekly Hours: 36.5 hours per week (with a 30-minute daily lunch break)
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
