About Bright Side Snacks Bright Side Snacks is a Houston-based healthy snack brand founded by husband-and-wife duo Lisa and Lee, who originally set out to create a healthier snack alternative for their children. Since launching, the company has grown into a mission-driven brand that is centered around health, community, and giving back. Bright Side Snacks is also partnered with the nonprofit Brighter Bites , helping provide healthy food access to children and families throughout Houston. Position Overview As a Field Marketing Representative , you will represent Bright Side Snacks inside H-E-B stores by introducing customers to our products through food sampling, storytelling, and genuine conversation. This role is ideal for someone who: enjoys talking to people, has strong energy and communication skills, believes in healthy lifestyles, and wants to grow with an emerging startup brand. Your goal is not just to hand out samples, but to create lasting impressions that turn first‑time tasters into loyal supporters of the brand. Responsibilities Set up and manage in-store sampling station at your convenient HEB location Engage with customers in a friendly and authentic way Offer product samples and explain the Bright Side Snacks story Educate consumers about our mission and nonprofit impact Encourage product purchases through positive customer interactionMaintain a clean, organized, and professional setup Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism Compensation $20/hour +$1.00 commission for every bag sold Flexible scheduling Opportunity for marketing growth within a rapid expanding company Schedule Employees may choose as many or as few shifts as they’d like from the following available time blocks: Monday: 3PM–6PM Thursday: 3PM–6PM Friday: 3PM–6PM Saturday: 12PM–4PM Sunday: 12PM–4PM Location H-E-B locations throughout Austin, TX Preferred Qualifications Outgoing and personable Strong communication skills Self‑motivated and dependable Comfortable starting conversations with strangers Passion for wellness, health, or community engagement Reliable transportation Customer service, sales, or promotional experience is a plus, but not required Growth Opportunities Bright Side Snacks is actively expanding, and we are looking to build a team that wants to grow with the brand long‑term.
