Client Contact Center Representative – Onsite Position, Franklin, TN As a Client Contact Center Representative at Wesley Financial Group, you will serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, providing real‑time support through live phone interactions. You will help clients navigate the timeshare exit process and shape the customer experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming client calls and transfer to appropriate employees or departments. Set call appointments for employees. Use AnswerConnect to direct calls to the right department and assign leads to sales. Log descriptive calls in Salesforce to provide detailed information. Make outbound calls, including returning voicemails and rescheduling Calendly appointments. Monitor client‑services email and public Slack channel, responding or forwarding messages promptly.
