PostgreSQL Technical Lead Manager At Data Bene, we are expanding our team and recruiting a PostgreSQL Technical Lead Manager. As a Lead Manager, you will have managerial responsibility for a team of PostgreSQL DBA Consultants, spread across the entire French territory as well as internationally. Your mission includes daily management of the team, task distribution and monitoring of objectives, support for consultants’ careers, participation in recruitment, and technical support for contracts and PostgreSQL-related projects. Qualifications Ten years of experience as a PostgreSQL Consultant and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Mastery over Linux, SQL, PL/PGSQL, and bash, with some experience using C. Fluent in English. Interest in the Open Source world. Ability to thrive in a remote work organization and an international, multicultural context. Recognized for curiosity, responsiveness, rigor, sense of service, analytical mind, and autonomy.
