Weekend Scheduler

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Weekend Scheduler to support logistics operations during peak weekend activity. The role focuses on coordinating and optimizing pickup schedules using internal systems to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient operations.

• Manage and schedule pickups using the company’s internal system
• Review pre-set delivery appointments and assign optimal pickup times
• Coordinate and adjust pickup schedules throughout the day as needed
• Analyze delivery timelines and transit requirements to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain high accuracy in scheduling and data entry
• Ensure timely execution of all weekend pickup operations
• Communicate and coordinate within internal workflows to support smooth logistics flow

Working Conditions

• Working schedule:
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (10 hours)
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (10 hours)

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and solid decision-making skills
• Comfortable working with internal systems and computer-based scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Logistics, dispatching, or transportation experience is a plus (not required)
• Must not be employed or actively working with any other logistics company concurrently
