In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring prescriptions are filled and shipped accurately and efficiently. You'll handle everything from data entry and benefit verification to contacting patients for refills and coordinating deliveries. Your day may include processing new referrals, assisting walk-in patients, managing inventory, and preparing medications for shipment—including those requiring special handling. You'll also support prior authorizations and help enroll patients in financial assistance programs. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of pharmacy and medical terminology. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
