Litigation Secretary (Law Firm Experience Required)

Position: Litigation Secretary Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Pay: $65,000 to $92,500 annually Experience: 3+ years of litigation experience to support attorneys. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (40‑hour workweek) Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join our dynamic law firm client! Job Description Assisting with document production, drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Creating Table of Contents (TOC) and Table of Authorities (TOA). Preparing filings/eFiling in state and federal court; communicating with court staff. Handling outgoing and incoming mail/FedEx for attorneys. Scheduling depositions and mediations. File management; preparing trial memorandum and calendar for all appearances, deadlines, and schedules. Scanning/uploading documents to the document management system, and creating templates for new files. Answering calls/responding to emails. Position Requirements Must have exceptional writing, communication, and organization skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and meet required deadlines.
