We're looking for a Front Bar Receptionist who creates an exceptional first and last impression for every guest. This role is essential to studio flow, client experience, and retail performance. You'll manage scheduling, support sales goals, and ensure the studio remains polished, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

What You'll Do
Guest Experience & Studio Flow
* Deliver warm, professional, and consistent guest service from check-in to checkout
* Maintain an organized and efficient schedule using Boulevard POS
* Support estheticians by ensuring seamless appointment flow and accurate booking
* Uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ service standards at all times

Retail & Sales Support
* Demonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products confidently
* Meet or exceed personal and studio retail sales goals
* Educate guests on products, memberships, and promotions
* Process all client transactions accurately through Boulevard POS, ensuring proper payment documentation and compliance with company procedures

Studio Operations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked studio environment at all times
* Monitor supply levels and communicate inventory needs to management
* Assist with daily operational tasks including laundry (linens and towels), restocking treatment rooms and retail areas, and maintaining back stock organization
* Perform opening and closing procedures including sanitizing treatment rooms and high-touch areas, cleaning common areas, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready
* Follow all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and board-compliant protocols
* Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures
* Attend mandatory product trainings and team meetings

Brand & Community Support
* Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ professionally in-studio and at occasional local pop-ups or community events
* Support in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns
* Participate in Photo and Video content to be used on Social Media platforms.

What You Bring
* 1+ year of guest service experience (required)
* Availability to work evenings and weekends (required)
* Sales experience preferred (retail or service industry)
* Comfortable with digital systems (Boulevard, Gsuite, training platforms)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
* A passion for skincare and service excellence
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the day
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (stocking, inventory, light equipment setup)
* A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
