If you are a specialty painter experienced in using 2 part epoxies, applying marine like products in residential pool environments. We work in a team environment and thrive on new challenges. The ideal candidates are painting professionals with the highest standards with experience in either commercial or residential re-painting. They must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which includes performing repetitive movements, standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs and ladders, etc.ResponsibilitiesApplies specialty coatings to fiberglass structures including water slides and water based aquatic playsets and mushroom water towers.Can handle smaller painting projects and perform basic wood repairUnderstands and executes work orders in a timely and professional mannerMaintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and suppliesInspects work for the highest qualityMaintains strict attention to detail when working at customer's propertyFollows all safety policies and proceduresEnsures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standardsQualificationsExperience using PolySilox Gelcoat and 2 part epoxiesPainting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional customer service skillsHighly organized and self-motivatedQuality conscious and detail-orientedUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordMust be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background checkCompensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBehind every excellent paint job, are the people who get to know the homeowner, help craft the design, improve the look and feel and even keep the project moving along.
