Psychotherapist (LMSW / LGPC / Graduate-Level Therapist)

Flourish Counseling and Wellness is expanding and seeking a compassionate, motivated psychotherapist to join our team at our new Bethesda location. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate-level social worker or mental health counselor who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults and is interested in practicing in a collaborative, integrative care environment.

At Flourish, we believe healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are addressed together. Our practice integrates psychotherapy with wellness services and works closely with medication providers and holistic practitioners to support whole-person care.

Full-Time

Caseload: 22–25 clients per week

Clinical Support

Clinical supervision is provided, making this a wonderful opportunity for clinicians working toward independent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists, medication providers, and wellness practitioners
• Participate in occasional team meetings and case consultations
• Support clients using evidence-based and holistic approaches to healing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related mental health field
• Licensed in Maryland as LGPC, LMSW
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and young adults
• Interest in integrative, holistic, or mind-body approaches to mental health
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
