Weekend Hospice On-Call RN: Compassionate At-Home Care

FIRST HEALTH HOSPICE LLC

Care2You is seeking an experienced Hospice Weekend On-Call RN to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to hospice patients at home during weekend hours. You will respond to patient and caregiver calls, perform triage, and make in-person visits as needed within the service area. The role requires an Illinois RN license, CPR/BLS certification, strong clinical assessment and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and reliable transportation for Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:30 #J-18808-Ljbffr FIRST HEALTH HOSPICE LLC
