Bookkeeper for a Healthcare Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

Job Title

The Company is a growing healthcare business based in Sydney, providing specialist fertility services. It is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support its day-to-day financial operations.

Due to an urgent business need, the Company is looking to fill the role as soon as possible.

Job Description

Manage daily financial transactions, including processing payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records within MYOB. Ensure all bookkeeping activities are completed accurately and on time while maintaining up-to-date financial information. Perform ongoing data management to ensure business records remain organized, accurate, and seamlessly maintained across systems. Support the business with general bookkeeping and finance administration while communicating effectively with internal stakeholders. Utilize business systems including MYOB, Microsoft Excel, FileMaker Pro, and Zoom to efficiently manage daily tasks and workflows. Work proactively to identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial and administrative processes.

Must Haves

Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role. Strong working knowledge of MYOB, with confidence managing transactions, payments, and invoicing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience using FileMaker Pro. High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Nice to Haves

Experience within the healthcare or professional services industry. Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses.
