This full-time contract opportunity is available for the remainder of the academic year, and you'll be working with a manageable caseload of 10 students, offering support through inclusion or adaptive instruction based on your strengths.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential
• Experience with 3rd-5th grade learners preferred
• Ability to provide both inclusion and adaptive instruction
• Strong IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring skills
• A compassionate, flexible, and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Teach and support students in self-contained and/or inclusive settings as required
• Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs and align with IEP goals
• Foster a positive, structured environment to promote social-emotional and academic growth
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and update documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
• Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, and parent conferences as needed
