What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing, as part of a crew.
• Operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other equipment safely.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent client service while maintaining professional standards.

What We're Looking For

• Desire to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in tree climbing (without spurs).
• Ability to learn and apply proper pruning techniques.
• Capacity to learn tree and shrub identification and characteristics.
• Commitment to learning and following tree care safety standards.
• Aptitude for learning chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Ability to climb trees, work at heights, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
